Billing FAQs

Q: What are my billing options? 

A: On a monthly basis GB Telecom issues an invoice highlighting the call and service charges. The invoices are normally sent by email but a postal bill can be arranged. Should you require management reports, these can also be arranged for you.

Q: How often do you send a bill?

A: We send telephone bills out every month with all services on one consolidated bill.
