GB Telecom's Managed Network Services offers excellent management reporting, which comes free as part of your monthly telephone bill. Customers have the option of numerous reports and billing structures. 

The following reports are included with your standard telephone bill from GB Telecom;

  • Local/National/International/Mobile call analysis
  • 30 most expensive/frequently dialled numbers
  • 30 longest duration calls
  • Extension/Department analysis
  • Complete itemised call list (csv format)

Email Billing

For your convenience GB Telecom can produce your telephone bill in any format. If you are fed up with receiving print outs of lengthy bills we have a solution. Email billing is becoming increasingly popular with our customers. Bills are delivered direct to the correct person including full itemised reports.


Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the simplest and most convenient way to pay your bill, saving you time as your bills are paid automatically.

Setting up a Direct Debit couldn’t be simpler using our online form and you’ll be protected by the Direct Debit guarantee given by the banks and building societies.

You will require your bank account details and your GB Telecom customer account number which can be found at the top of your bill to fill in the form.
