Music on Hold

First impressions count, so what your customers hear when they call can be vital.  Callers may be put on hold or placed in a queue at some point during a business telephone call.  Whilst the caller is waiting a carefully chosen announcement may keep the callers attention and lead to new or continued business.

Alcatel-Lucent telephone systems can provide music and/or message for callers when on hold.  A 16-second music on hold (free of copyright) is available as standard however this can be customised with music and/or message of up to 2 minutes duration. Whilst on hold your callers will hear that you mean business.
