It critically improves phone response, company greeting and other associated services. This professional solution targets not only small voice orientated call centres, but also services clients with enhanced needs.

 

Alcatel-Lucent's Call Centre Office features:

  • Automatic Call Distribution: Calls are distributed to agent positions (according to their availability), either directly or through a waiting queue; by called number and/or calling number; by time schedule
  • Agent Assistant: A desktop application for the agent to allow for easy call management.
  • Supervisor Console: Provides real-time monitoring and allows a supervisor to have an overview of service levels and traffic
  • Statistics: An application dedicated to post-processing of traffic and call information stored in the system
