How Does it Work?

The simple plug and play kits come pre-configured and are very easy to use.  The 'On Screen' interface at www.featureplus.com opens up access into a brand new world where you are in control of what happens to your telephone calls - be it Call handling or Call Management. Calls are routed over your broadband connection through GB Telecom so you will benefit from our lower calling costs.

Virtual Numbers
Virtual Numbers do not work like standard lines, a Virtual Number is situated on a server and can be accessed via a portal, it needs no equipment solely for its use on premises and has many uses. If you answer yes to any of the following questions then a Virtual number is the choice for you!

Do you need to make it look as if your business is based in a specific geographic location within the UK but you don't have an office there?

GB Telecom can provide you with a number for a UK Location to give you a presence in that town or City without having an actual office in the area. You advise us of the dialing code i.e. 0141, 0161 or 0203, you need and we get you the number!

Do you want to make it look as if you have multiple offices spread across the UK?

You can give your office the appearance of having multiple sites across the UK without the expense of actually having offices in different UK Locations. Again, you tell us what dialing codes you need and we will get them for you.

Are you moving site and been told that you can’t take your number with you?
