Broadband Re-Grade

As part of our ongoing business improvement an essential re-grade of our ADSL service we provide is required to take place to further enhance the quality of service provided.

The re-grade will take place on the weekend of 25/26 June 2011 and may stretch into Monday 27 June 2011. If in fact there is any downtime this will kept to a minimum and should be no more than 30 minutes.

If you send and receive emails you may require to make a small change to settings within your email programme such as MS Outlook, Outlook Express etc. If you access your emails via the internet there is no need to do anything. To enable you to prepare for this in advance you should change your email settings as follows;

The smtp.gbtbroadband.co.uk sending address should be changed to smtprelay.business-access.co.uk

Tour D'Ecosse Sponsored Cycle
